Olé Weekend Fun Club, Half Term & Spanish Bilingual Summer Camp
Following our successful After school Club during term time, we have designed the following programs to give children the opportunity to continue practicing all the vocabulary and phrases they learn during term time.
At Olé Spanish Holiday Club we offer your a fantastic way to combine, leisure holiday activities with the practice of Spanish, in an ideal natural environment, with Spanish children, teachers and coaches.
Children are placed into separate age groups: pre-school, primary schools (infants) and Young children (juniors).
The children's Spanish holiday activities camp is registered with Ofsted and receives regular inspections. All staff are police checked and qualified to work with children. The camp operates a minimum staff ratio of 1:8
The children holiday activities camp, opens every school holiday and has an average attendance capacity of
40- 45 children per day per week.
The children holiday activities camp opens from 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday to children aged 4 - 12 years.

This means, that if you support your child in this process not only they will be fluent in a Spanish, by the time they start preparing for GCSEs, it is also proven that most children will increase their mental ability in all the other subjects too when learning a second language.

If you would like your child to be part of it, please fill in the form and pay your fee by the established deadline, via any of the methods listed here.
Ideally sessions should be booked in blocks of 1 week or 2 weeks to achieve better results through immersion learning, however flexibility is available around dates
SUPERVISION AND SAFETY POLICIES
We allow a maximum number of 12 pupils per class to ensure quality teaching and to allow children to actively participate and receive personal attention.
Ole Spanish School has very strict guidelines to secure the safety of your child. All our teachers are Qualified native Spanish teachers and have obtained enhanced CRB disclosures to meet the OFSTED regulations. We do follow the arrangements for supervision in accordance with each independent school. Parents must also adhere to the following rules policies
· As a general rule, children are collected from their classes by our own school teachers and taken to the classroom where the Spanish club
will be hel.
· You must inform Ole Spanish Club if your child will be absent .
· FOR YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SIGN THE REGISTER
WHEN YOU COLLECT YOUR CHILD
· Support the policies of the school where the classes are held.
· Notify Ole Spanish Club of any change in contact details.
· Collect children on time at the end of a lesson.
· Inform Ole Spanish Club of anyone other than the parent/guardian who will be collecting your child.
· Remember that Spanish Clubs are organised on the understanding that a child's continuity of membership and Club attendance will be presumed, unless otherwise specified Membership is automatically renewed to avoid loss of opportunity from term to term. A minimum of one month's notice in writing before the start of each school term is required if a current Member will be ceasing to attend. Without proper notice, fees for the whole Term or Course will become payable.
